Dear Jerry,

I was very impressed with the fine work your staff completed on my Buick Roadmaster. The damage was repaired to new condition on the front hood, bumper and rear quarter panel. I was concerned about some of the overlapping painting areas and around where the paint meets the trim work.

As you must know your customers look over their repairs when they return home with their vehicles. I could not find one area where I was able to see any tell- tale signs of your work. Your staff's technical expertise on body repair and paint work is amazing. The color matches exactly "right on", and the paint surface is glass like"absolutely flawless!"

The work was completed in a timely manner, sooner than we were expecting to receive the car back. You must be very proud of the staff you have and the skills they have to achieve this level of finish work. I want you to know we would not consider taking our vehicles to any other body repair center.
